Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 2-4 days for order processing plus shipping times.
Items will be shipped using your selected shipping method at checkout. Residents of the National Capital Region (Ottawa & Gatineau) will have the option for a local shipping courrier at the same cost. This option allow for a lot of flexibility on shipping modalities.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We currently use a flat rate option and we will cover any shipping cost exceeding this flat rate.
We can ship to any address in Canada or any canadian military base.
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed and shipped.
We carefully package each order to make sure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition. If your item is ever damaged or goes missing during shipping, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

Our delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are the responsibility of the shipping company.
